Additionally, motivation results in more work and energy. Whether a student would approach a task (even a challenging one) with excitement or a dull attitude depends on their motivation. The beginning and continuation of activities are enhanced by motivation. Therefore, at our institution, we support the development of our students’ self-worth so that they can have greater personality confidence. For the students, we ran a variety of programs such JCI (Effective Public Speaking), JCI (Women Motivation), and others.
